Front Range Training and Consulting, LLC, (FRTC) is a Colorado based Veteran Owned Small Business. FRTC has been in business since October 2003 when it was started. Its principal owner, Kevin Cooper, a retired US Marine was working for the US Dept of States Anti Terrorism Assistance program in Bogotá Colombia. Since its first course was conducted in 2004, FRTC has shown tremendous growth coupled with numerous repeat customers. This growth and market capture is a direct result of FRTC’s view that training must be built on three basic concepts: it must be meaningful, it must be effective, and it must be sustainable.

• Meaningful – The training provided must be built upon principles that are relevant to the students, whether they are military or law enforcement personnel.
• Effective – All training is pre-planned and taught at a pace that allows students to comprehend the material while keeping them engaged with accompanying courseware that is able to support this pace.
• Sustainable – Too many times students attend courses where they receive worthwhile instruction with no supporting courseware. All classroom and practical application instruction will be fully supported by a comprehensive and detailed Student Guide that can be used as a reference both during and after the training.

FRTC has quickly and effectively demonstrated that we are a leader in the training industry. We have trained thousands of Law Enforcement professionals across the country and have been continuous providers of training to the US Marshal’s Service, the United States Marine Corps and we recently deployed a team of Instructors to Iraq to train eighty members of a protection detail charged with protecting members of the Iraqi Ministry of Justice.
