Including but not limited to all types of range safety and operations training, all types of high performance and defensive/offensive driving training, all types of weapons training, force protection training, and surveillance detection training, maritime security training, all types of close quarters defense (CQD) training, special response team training, chemical/biological and weapons of mass destruction (WMD) detection training, terrorism awareness training, survival training, explosive ordnance detonation (EOD) training, and tactical training in realistic physical environments. 2. Maximum Order: The maximum order threshold is $200,000 for Special Item Number (SIN) 426-6: Law Enforcement and Security Training.

4. Geographic scope of contract: The geographic scope of this contract is the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia.

6. Discount from List Prices: The basic discount of 8% is deducted from Front Range Training 2008- 2009 Commercial Price Schedule effective January 2008- December 2009. For calculation of the GSA Schedule price (price paid by customers ordering from the GSA Schedule), the contractor shall add the applicable markup percentage to the cost price for each product and add the prevailing IFF rate to the negotiated discount price (Net GSA price). Currently the IFF rate is 0.75%.

| - This course is built upon U.S. Military Special Operations techniques for room entry; a dynamic, hands on, live fire course that focuses on dynamic entry and surgical shooting. Designed to introduce the student to the knowledge and skills necessary for this type of entry and to provide them with a training plan for sustainment. Topics covered include zone clearing, diversionary devices, initiative based tactics, width and depth and an introduction to the immediate threat concept. This course covers team communications, team movement and rapid planning. Students will spend a great deal of time executing and discussing the slow and deliberate search methods as well as dynamic entry. The tactical operations center, support element employment and sustainment training are also discussed. This training emphasizes the role of the PSD element in a high threat environment. Course includes surgical handgun and rifle shooting drills, advanced driving techniques, route/threat analysis, detecting surveillance, advance surveys, drop and arrival, foot movement and interior movement under duress. This course includes live- fire react to contact drills, extensive force on force with role players as well as motorcade operations and the use of the advance. | - Driving with a tactical mindset in a high threat environment requires skill sets not normally used or attained in daily traffic. Since many recent attacks, assassinations or kidnapping attempts have occurred while individuals were traveling, it is essential to learn and practice security procedures that will help deter or prevent such an attack. This portion of the training will examine methods used to secure an element while traveling in a convoy. We will address appropriate convoy actions such as Tactical Motorcade and Convoy Operations Motorcade and Convoy Terms and Procedures, Formation Driving, Tactical Maneuver Movement Techniques, Attack on the Motorcade and Convoy Maneuvers as well as the Confirmation Brief movement, screens and blocks, as well as down vehicle drills. | ||

| - This is a challenging multi part course. The first two days will consist of a 16 hour training block that will cover all aspects of explosives theory, handling, storage, and explosives calculations. Course objectives include, TCCC, evaluating a casualty, opening and managing an airway, treating penetrating chest trauma and needle decompression of tension pneumothorax, hemorrhage control, initiating saline lock and intravenous infusion, initiate a field medical card (DD1380), 9-line MEDEVAC, evacuate a causality using a SKED or improved litter as well as real world techniques used by current and former Special Operations medics and corpsman. Three training levels addressed are the operator, unit medic and medical care provider. Classroom environment and FTX, 32 hours estimated time per training cycle. | ||
