Office Manager Position
UXO Global/FRTC is seeking a Training Support Coordinator for a diverse and growing organization. A flexible personality is necessary for the changing landscape of this position. The ability to work well within a team environment in a dynamic and changing environment is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the procurement and inventory of firearms, ammunition, and explosives
• Manage and maintain all company training equipment; including company vehicles, trailers, bunkers, and warehouse cage
• Assist the program manager and instructor in the execution of a 4 week UXO Tech I course.
• Coordinate training areas for inert and live fire explosive operations
• Supervise procedures on live fire range and act as a Range Safety Officer. Ensure all safety policies are followed to mitigate risk from explosive, environmental, all other hazards.
• Respond to any medical emergencies as needed as well as monitor students’ health under field conditions. (We will train for CPR, 1st Aid and AED)
• Support staff, program managers, instructors and contractors to ensure completion of all programs, courses and projects by established deadlines
Requirements:
• Must be 21 or over
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 2010
• Must be able to qualify for a State of Colorado Type 1 Explosives Permit
o Must be able to pass a National Background Check

AFGHAN NATIONAL SECURITY FORCES WEAPONS SUSTAINMENT PROGRAM (Afghanistan)

Duties: Coordinate with ATG staff (i.e. ATG Operations Officer) in order to manage Local Site contractor personnel. Ensure contract requirements are fulfilled in order to meet ATG pre-deployment training (PTP) requirements of USMC combat Security Cooperation Teams. Ensure monthly work plan documentation requirements are completed along with forecast/tracking of hours to task as outlined in the monthly training schedule of events. Instruct and guide Advisor students on how to evaluate the abilities of their counterparts and provide training to those foreign security forces.
Topics of instruction may include COIN, means of influence, advisor skills, instructor training, advisor team member roles and responsibilities, structure of the Afghan National Security Forces and other non- kinetic skills courses that will be developed by government with the technical input of the contractor. Duties: Instruct Military Advisor Team, other Advisors, and/or Marines assigned to Cooperative Engagement or Stability and Support Operations (SASO). Prepare and operate the ranges and classrooms, including all logistics for the training team in the ranges and in classrooms. Provide training on Marine Corps individual and crew-served infantry weapons including the M-16A2/4, the M-4, 9 MM PISTOL, M240B, M240G, Shotgun, MK-19, M2 .50 CAL MACHINE GUN, AT-4, as well as associated vision devices such as the ACOG and NVDs and other weapons that may enter the inventory. Also included are instruction for first echelon field maintenance procedures for all listed weapons, basic assembly, and disassembly and booby-trap awareness. Training shall include combat shooting skills to tactical individual marksmanship, transition shooting skills, firing of weapons from tripod and mobile, vehicle-mounted and static/tactical locations/positions. Familiarization training/firing on foreign weapons expected in the OCO theater (e.g., AK 47 and variants, SVD/PSL, PKM, RPG-7) shall also be required as shall assembly, disassembly, immediate and remedial actions. Also, first echelon field maintenance procedures for all listed weapons. Training shall be provided including conduct of day and night Familiarization Firing on all U.S. and foreign weapons. Instructors shall also provide technical input for training material, including the POI and, student guides. Instructor/SME shall develop lesson plans and other training material and updates in accordance with the USMC Systems Approach to Training (SAT) User’s Guide and shall support periodic content reviews. Provide technical input in development and updates of curriculum, Program of Instruction (POI) and training materials for the courses of instruction. Performing first echelon maintenance and repairs on radio systems used by foreign militaries i.e. Datron Radio Systems that are or may be maintained at ATG. Duties: Assist in developing Intel training, in support of Training Team (TT) pre-deployment training. Advise MEF staffs on Intel training TTP. Provide instruction of standardized operational Intel to include capabilities in gaining valuable information from the local populace and ensuring proper dissemination. Assists in the coordination of Intel training activities required for on-going and future classes and courses, e.g., basic Intelligence planning, basic Intelligence and Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), basic RFIs, basic Fires Planning, basic tactical military analysis, including map and terrain analysis, IPB, HUMINT collection, etc, Coordinate with training personnel to provide technical input to Intel training curriculum development, changes, and corresponding documentation. . Assist in the development and update of lesson plans in accordance with the USMC Systems Approach to Training (SAT) User’s Guide. Provide technical input in development and updates of Program of Instruction (POI) and training materials for the courses of instruction. Instruct and guide team leaders in how to evaluate the abilities of Intel trainees and how to improve their performance Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Intel training, techniques, procedures, policies, and plans. As III MEF ATC staff member, the priority of focus shall be technical advice for integration of Intel instruction into course curriculum. Classes taught may range from beginning level to more advanced levels. Maybe required to give individual lessons to high-ranking officials. Duties: Provide training in accordance with the CDD/POI, related to fire support coordination associated with Marine Corps artillery units and aviation support units.
